Hello John,

I have been meaning to write to you for about a month now.  Funny how time slips by so fast.

I wanted to thank you for the quick response to our old Merlin System failure on my dad’s phone system.  We received the replacement on that Saturday and had the system back up and running in less than 20 minutes.
